Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your order once you have placed it. If you need to cancel your order, please email us customer@bondichic.com.au with your order number in the subject line. We can only cancel an order that has not been transferred to our warehouse for packing. Please note, we can’t guarantee we can cancel your order so please take care when ordering.

Can I return my purchase?

We cannot accept returns that are already used or open if it is not faulty. If you would like to return the product due to change of mind, you can send it back to us if it is unopened and in original condition with tracked shipping at your expense. Contact us at customer@bondichic.com.au and we will give you a returns number and further details. Your refund will be processed once we receive your unopened product back here at Four Seasons Technology.

What if I do not receive my order?

We offer basic tracked shipping for all deliveries. Deliveries within Australia are made by Australia Post. All International deliveries are made by various international freight carriers with tracking number. If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by the postal service but you haven’t received your parcel please follow up with the postal service directly. We are unable to assist in this case. Four Seasons Technology will not be liable in this situation.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code may be used per order. They cannot be used with any other offers. Simply enter your code in the text box marked “Promo Code” at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards (Visa / MasterCard) or transfers made via PayPal. Goods will not be shipped until full payment has been received. All prices featured on the website are in AUD (Australian Dollar). By placing an order through our site, you warrant that: You are at least 18 years old.

What if I put the wrong address in?

We aim to process our orders very quickly so unfortunately, we can’t change your delivery address. Please email us customer@bondichic.com.au with your order number in the subject line and if your order has not been transferred to our warehouse we may be able to cancel it. Please note, we can’t guarantee we can cancel your order so please take care when ordering.

My order was damaged in transit, what should I do?

We will gladly help you out! Contact us at customer@bondichic.com.au. Sorry, we do not refund or exchange products that have been used or opened.

Can you send orders to my PO box?

At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes. We only ship to street addresses.

$8.70 Flat Rate, tracked shipping (2-6 business days for most areas).

REST OF THE WORLD

For International orders, the shipping cost will be calculated depending on the weight and the destination country. This shipping cost can be calculated using our shipping calculator at the time of check out, before payment (6-14 business days depending on the destination country).
