How much will I be charged for Shipping?

We offer a flat rate shipping of $8.70 to deliver anywhere within Australia. For International orders, the shipping cost will be calculated depending on the weight and the destination country. This shipping cost can be calculated using our shipping calculator at the time of check out, before payment.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be carefully prepared and dispatched within 3-5 business days. You can follow the delivery progress by checking the tracking number provided in dispatch email you will receive after placing your order.

When will I receive my order?

Domestic Australian orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days AFTER dispatch. International orders may take up to 15-20 business days AFTER dispatch, depending on the destination country.
